1. Acceptance of Terms

• No Restreaming: Capturing, copying, or restreaming our content to public platforms is strictly forbidden.
• No VPN Abuse: Using VPNs to rapidly hop between dozens of international IP addresses may trigger security blocks.
• No Automated Exploits: Using scripts or bots to scrape our servers is banned.

5. Billing & Subscriptions

We offer subscription plans on a 1-month ($8 USD), 3-month ($20 USD), 6-month ($35 USD), and 12-month ($49 USD) basis. Pricing is subject to change, but changes will not affect active, paid periods.

• No Auto-Renewal: We do not store your credit card data for recurring billing. You must manually renew your IPTV subscription USA.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by United States law, IPTV USA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues resulting from your access to or use of our services.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 15 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
