1. Introduction & Safe Harbor Status

IPTV USA ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (Title 17, United States Code, Section 512) and US copyright laws, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement.

Important Disclaimer: IPTV USA functions purely as an online indexer and search engine for media available on the internet. We do not host, store, archive, or distribute any media files (videos, movies, live streams) on our own servers. All video content is hosted by non-affiliated third parties. Therefore, while we can remove links from our index, we cannot delete the actual media files from the servers where they are hosted.

2. Notification of Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through our website and service by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.

Upon receipt of a valid Notice as described below, we will take whatever action, in our sole discretion, we deem appropriate, including removal of the challenged links or content from our service.

3. Required Elements of a DMCA Notice

To be effective, your notification must be in writing and include the following elements (pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

• 1. Physical or Electronic Signature: The signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• 2. Identification of the Copyrighted Work: Identify the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list of such works.
• 3. Identification of the Material: Identify the material that is claimed to be infringing with exact URLs as they appear on our platform.
• 4. Contact Information: Your address, telephone number, and email address.
• 5. Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized.
• 6. Statement of Accuracy: A statement that the information is accurate, under penalty of perjury.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Copyright Agent containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access disabled.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, IPTV USA has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to the Service and/or terminate accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
